Non-Steroidal, Plant Based Trigger Point Injections: Trigger point injections are a popular, safe and effective pain management treatment. These injections use a mixture of a natural, plant-based medication known as Sarapin, along with Lidocaine & Bupivicaine to reduce swelling and to provide relief from acute pain by targeting problematic muscle fibers.

Medical Massage Therapy: Our medical massage therapists are licensed and trained in a variety of techniques, including deep tissue massage, sports massage, lymphatic massage and prenatal massage! This form of therapy aides to optimize the effectiveness of the medications used in trigger point injections. Helping reduce muscle knots and tension, increase circulation, and promote relaxation.

Intra-Articular Injections: Intra-articular joint injections are an effective treatment for chronic pain caused by arthritis or injury. These injections are performed using ultrasound guidance to ensure the medication is being injected inside the joint space.

We offer both in-person and telehealth visits to ensure you have the greatest access to our Vitality services. While virtual appointments provide flexibility and convenience, we do recommend that new patients schedule an in-person visit to establish a strong baseline of care. This allows us to provide the most value during your visit, especially since hands-on services such as IV therapy, massage, or other procedures can only be performed in person.
