Aimee Gosse is a nationally board certified Physician Assistant with extensive clinical training. Aimee specializes in Botox and Dermal Filler Injectables and overall patient wellness. Her passion began almost a decade ago as a patient receiving these treatments. As her passion grew, she began her role as an injector immediately upon graduating from PA school at Touro College in Bay Shore NY. She has also been an avid athlete her whole life, having also played Division 1 volleyball and playing in the NCCA tournament. Aimee continues to ride her fitness journey by running and working out 5-6 days a week. A barbell is this girl's best friend! Aimee believes in creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for all her patients. She values taking the time to understand her patient’s goals and aims to deliver an exceptional experience every time. Her eye for perfection, makes her a heavily sought out injector and PA. Patients’ have also complimented her warm and compassionate presence. Aimee enjoys coming to work everyday and is always learning and expanding her knowledge in the world of aesthetics and holistic medicine. Aimee also works in multiple nursing homes and an Internal medicine office, making her a well-rounded provider in a multitude of settings. She is also a clinical preceptor for rising physician assistants. Outside of work you can find Aimee working out at the gym or playing with her two rescue dogs!

Angela's inspiration to pursue a profession focused on improving others' well-being is deeply rooted in her pride as a member of Coastal MD. She believes in the transformative power of medicine to enhance patients' lives in myriad ways, from prevention and diagnosis to treatment. Angela is particularly fortunate to provide an interdisciplinary approach that encompasses both surgical intervention for neurological conditions and holistic care to improve overall well-being. Additionally, she looks forward to boosting patients' confidence through cosmetic enhancements, promoting happiness and wellness. Beyond her role at Coastal MD, Angela practices personal wellness strategies that influence her approach to helping patients feel good, look good, and live their best lives. She recognizes that wellness is an active pursuit of activities, choices, and lifestyles that lead to holistic health.

Appointment Deposit & Cancellation Policy
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required for all appointments at the time of scheduling to confirm and hold the appointment. The deposit will be applied to your balance at the end of your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
We ask for at least 24 hours notice (phone or email are acceptable), as a courtesy, if you will need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We are more than happy to reschedule your appointment and apply your deposit towards a future appointment if you give at least 24 hours’ notice. We will apply a past deposit after 1 rescheduled appointment, If your appointment is canceled for a second time the deposit will become non-refundable and an additional deposit will be required for another appointment.
We understand that unplanned circumstances can occur, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you reschedule or cancel your appointment less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time your deposit is non-refundable, and a new deposit will be required to book any future appointment.
Late Arrival Policy
A grace period of 15 minutes will be permitted for unforeseen delays a client may encounter while traveling to our office for their appointment. If a client is more than 15 minutes late to their appointment, the appointment may be subject to cancellation and need to be rescheduled. You will be charged the non-refundable deposit if the appointment must be canceled due to your late arrival. This process will ensure clients that do arrive on time are seen in a timely manner.
